Forward picture to Outlook

I take a picture with the camera, click on the picture I just took in the lower left, click the share (up arrow) in the lower left. Why can't I find Outlook as an option here?

I have iPhone 11, iOS 14.2, Outlook for mobile installed and working. Outlook is set to be my main mail application. I do see GMail as an option that I can send to. Gmail is the only other mail application I have installed and also the only other I can select as default mail application.

I do not find Outlook as an option clicking the ... more icon on the right side of the apps

I do not find Outlook as an option scrolling down the list of options either

Nor is it an option if I choose "edit actions" at the bottom

Any idea?
